At Havana Maple Beauty, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below for detailed information.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us at havanamaplebeauty@gmail.com within 72 hours. Your email should include the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Photographs to verify the issue
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per our seller’s discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that “damaged product” refers to cracks or malfunctions with the container or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed or slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Havana Maple Beauty cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Handmade Product Variations
Please be aware that the items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip care products and body care products can have slight variations in color and texture. Lip gloss tubes will contain a bubble when the wand is removed. Due to the recipe of some lip glosses, bubbles may be more pronounced. Purchasers understand this variation when ordering.
Havana Maple Beauty makes every attempt to show accurate colors of products on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on several factors, including the monitor that you use, the settings of the monitor, and the hand-made nature of the products. Havana Maple Beauty does not guarantee that the color display will be accurate.
